Description
The CD34 QuantiFlowEx kit is designed for the identification and percentage enumeration of total viable CD34+ stem cells from total viable leukocytes in samples with determined white blood cell (WBC) count. The following samples can be tested with the CD34 QuantiFlowEx Kit: normal and mobilized peripheral blood, fresh and thawed leukapheresis products, fresh and thawed bone marrow, and fresh and thawed umbilical cord blood. The kit is intended for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use in combination with a flow cytometer equipped with appropriate fluorescence and light scattering detectors and appropriate software for data acquisition and analysis.
Content
- ED7080-1 Staining Reagent: 1 vial (1 mL) containing a premixed cocktail of monoclonal antibodies anti-CD45 FITC clone MEM-28 and anti-CD34 PE clone 4H11(APG). Labelled antibodies are diluted and mixed to the optimal concentration in stabilizing phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) solution containing 15 mM sodium azide.
- ED7080-2 7-AAD: 1 vial (1 mL) containing cell viability dye 7-aminoactinomycin D (7-AAD) prediluted in stabilizing phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide.
- ED7080-3 Lysis Solution: 1 bottle (15 mL) containing a concentrated 10x ammonium chloride solution for red blood cell lysis. The solution does not contain a fixative.
Storage and handling
Store at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
The product is intended for in vitro diagnostic use. In vivo, diagnostic or therapeutic applications are strictly prohibited.
